We have an experienced team of private bankers who monitor markets on a daily basis and identify the latest trends. They provide an objective opinion on which investment strategy is the most suitable for your needs. They are supported by our analysts who provide a written quarterly report highlighting both historic and future trends. On the principal that four eyes are better than two, any special client requests are tested against our existing guidelines by both the private bankers and analysts.

Clearly defined guidelines

Individual investment guidelines are discussed and defined with each client. One of the main objectives of this exercise is to identify a client's appetite to risk, taking the following into consideration: security, quality and diversification. The investment strategy selected is fully transparent as are the associated costs. Once an investment strategy is defined and set into specific guidelines, we embark on the investment process in the most optimal way.

Daniela Widmer

After successfully finishing her apprenticeship, Daniela started working as a secretary / assistant in the financial sector. Over many years, she gained a wide range of administrative skills while working for several domestic and international companies. Daniela Widmer has a degree in Human Resources.

Rudolf F. Wiser

Rudolf is the founder and owner of SAMI AG. After completing his studies and qualifying as a Swiss banker with a federal diploma, he joined a number of well known banks and investment houses in London and Zurich. After gaining extensive experience with these institutions he founded SAMI AG in 1991, where he continued his career as an independent asset manager. His core philosophy is to follow high ethical standards and remain independent and objective to avoid any conflicts of interest.

Mark Van Deelen

Having completed a Masters degree in Business Administration, Mark started his career as a management trainee with a multi-national corporation. After successfully completing this programe, Mark joined SAMI AG in February 2010. Mark is attending the Chartered Financial Analyst course at the Center for Business Studies in Zürich.

Grant Alexander Woods

Grant was educated in both Switzerland and the UK and holds a joint honours degree in Law and German. He joined a UK brokerage house in 1977 and has since worked as an institutional and private client asset manager, an analyst and as a financial consultant. Grant has known Rudolf, the founder of SAMI AG, for over 25 years. They worked together for a well known Swiss private bank in London.
